The ancient practice of Ayurveda has traditionally been passed down generations like in the case of Dr. Pradeep Kumar, who is a descendent of Kerala's Vaidyar family. His father, PVK Vaidyar, a renowned Ayurvedic physician started the first Ayurvedic outlet of Arya Vaidya Sala Kottakkal in Puttur,DK where he treated lakhs of patients. Continuing his family's legacy Dr. Pradeep Kumar graduated from SDM College of Ayurveda, Udupi and trained at the world famous Ayurvedic hub, Arya Vaidya Sala Nursing Home at Kottakkal, Kerala. He founded the Vaidyar's Ayurveda Therapy Center at Kallare,Puttur in 2009 and then the Vaidyar's Ayurveda Hospital and Research Center at Darbe, Puttur in 2011.
Dr.Pradeep is regarded as one of the torch bearers and leaders in Ayurvedic medicine and treatment and is responsible for putting Puttur on the global map as a popular Ayurvedic destination.
Dr.Vikyath worked for 2 years under the guidance of Dr. Pradeep Kumar at Vaidyars Ayurveda Health and Research Centre. Dr.Vikyath specializes in Parkinson's Disease, PSP, MSA and other Neurological ailments. He worked for 3 years at Aamri International Rehabilitation Centre under the guidance of Dr. Anil Kumar specializing in Dystrophy, RTA, Stroke He is a graduate of PN PanickerSouhrada Ayurveda Medical College and Hospital, Kanhangad, Kerala.
After graduating from ALN Rao Ayurvedic Hospital, Koppa, Chikkamagaluru, Karnataka, Dr.Shruthi was a Duty Doctor in the Casualtydepartments at TR Hospital, Bengaluru for a period of 3 months. She has been a Duty Doctor at Vaidyars Ayurveda Hospital and Research Center under the guidance of Dr. Pradeep Kumar dealing with Parkinson's Diseases and all other Neurological Ailments for almost 2 years.
Graduated from PN PanickerSouhruda Ayurveda Medical College & Hospital, Kanhangad, Kerala, Dr.Anjali worked as a Consulting Physician in Swastha Ayurvedic Clinic, Calicut for 1 year.She has been a Duty Doctor in Vaidyars Ayurveda Hospital and Research Center under the guidance of Dr. Pradeep Kumar dealing with Parkinson's Diseases and all other Neurological Ailments for the past 1 ½ years.
